Equipment:

We will be working with a local vendor in Wapakoneta who is a factory distributor of Stihl Equipment. We will be getting cost or below cost pricing courtesy of this vendor. This vendor also services the equipment.

Stihl is the preferred brand because it is used by the SCBO and has been reliable. Stihl offers a full spectrum of gear that we would need.  Additionally having the same equipment for familiarity is important as it can be used in various settings by Baptist Chain saw crews beyond the WCBA as needed.
